We “luvv” to facilitate team building of any kind! All or workshops revolve around your team’s current development needs or the focus of a specific event, such as recognition, celebration or change. We design around the objectives you set, or around a theme like the 5 below.
UNDERSTANDING & APPRECIATING OUR STYLE DIFFERENCES
Through an interactive assessment, team members discover their own behavioral communication style, plus the styles of their team members. They learn which styles collide, and then how to modify those styles for greater connection, teamwork and productivity. This workshop is meaningful for breaking through cliques and barriers, providing a pathway for increased teamwork.
RIVER WILD: Where Are You In the River?
This workshop focuses on the qualities and abilities that each member brings to the team. Taking a visual and interactive journey down 5 stages of a river, the team gets to explore and discuss their needs, obstacles, and contributions to brainstorming, planning, decision making, teamwork and overall morale.
WE ARE LEADERS!
How do you inspire your team to embrace their own style of leadership? Through video clips of leadership situations in contemporary movies, each leader receives the clarity of their uniqueness through the gifts that they bring, but also how to get the most out of their reports and peers by activating the greatness in others.
ROCKIN' WITH POWER
In this engaging workshop, your team members come face to face with how they see and use their power. Each member, given a power pouch filled with rocks of different shapes and sizes, are led through an activity that showcases how they use their power. The team explores the 6 types of power, how they use and abuse it, and then engage in an activity learning from each other's power strengths. Fun, valuable and immediately applicable.
THE SPIRIT OF OUR TEAM
Is your team sluggish? Needing a spirit boost? This dynamic, interactive workshop allows the spirit of your team to emerge. Through each person's essence, we discover the “home base” for each individual—the place from which they listen, feel, and move forward. As the team identifies each home base, they learn to assist each other via communication and focus to utilize the spirit of the team.
