The following packages bring an ease to the coaching process, simplifying the decision making on what's best or appropriate for any given manager/leader. All packages can be customized to your time and focus needs.
REFINEMENT PACKAGE: $3,500
This package is designed for the manager/leader who needs refinement in 1-2 areas of leadership communication (see Coaching Topics). Ideal for an individual who is "stuck" around a behavior or approach that limits their productivity and leadership.
Includes: information gathering, 8-10 hours of coaching, recommendations and final report.
EXPLORATORY PACKAGE: $6,000
This packages is designed for the manager/leader with some “blind spots” in their style that inhibits their results and impact. The coaching can focus on 3-4 areas of development (see Coaching Topics).
Includes: upfront information gathering and assessment (optional 360 survey), 12-15 hours coaching, with updates, recommendations and final report.
TURBO CHARGE PACKAGE: $10,000
For the high potential manager/leader who needs major awareness and/or behavioral change, due to the corporate culture, change in leadership, or new position that requires them to ramp up quickly. This coaching can focus on 2-6 areas of development, depending on the depth needed. (see Coaching Topics).
Includes: interviews, 360 survey, 20 22 hours of coaching, updates, recommendations and final report. Also includes a follow-up session 6-8 weeks later to assist in fine-tuning and applying what has been learned.
