All Ways Collect is a training company focused on leadership, team building, communication and stress management. All Ways Collect was born in 1992 and incorporated in 1998. With over 100 years of training among us, we are a team of engaging, innovative and courageous facilitators and trainers.

Our philosophy is in our name: All Ways Collect. We focus on uplifting individuals by collecting and reaching for their greatness, in all ways. We strive to take leaders and teams beyond history, baggage and obstacles, collecting the “gold” that resides inside each individual, pull it to the surface, and assist them to use it courageously.
We see ourselves in the learning process right along with the teams we train. Our signature is providing learning and discovery that uplifts people into their greatness, day by day.
Our Approach
Our approach is to equip you with a tool box of usable, practical tools you can use today and years from now, by yourself and with groups, when relaxed as well as under incredible pressure. Knowing that adult learning goes deepest when experiential, our approach is to make learning meaningful, lasting and fun.
Our approach comes from whittling down years of theory, education and experience into living principles that can be put to work daily. How do we activate living principles? Through being the example ourselves in interactive and engaging training using the 3 A’s: Awareness, Awkwardness, Acceleration
We start by
- AWARENESS: Increasing the awareness--that’s always either the block or the opening. Self awareness prepares us for
- AWKWARDNESS: Moving through the awkwardness of the new approach, attitude or thought. This stage simply means coming to grips with the new or the change that is unfamiliar and uncomfortable, (not bad or wrong). And finally,
- ACCELERATION: Learning specific tools to accelerate the use of a new behavior, ability or perspective.
